Ingredients

  • 10 oz lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup green beans, chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 1 tsp fish sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp brown sugar (or zero-cal)
  • 1 cup basil

Steps

  1. Brown turkey; add veggies and cook 4–5 min.
  2. Stir in soy/fish sauce and sweetener; simmer 1–2 min.
  3. Fold in basil until wilted.
  4. Serve hot (great over cauliflower rice).
